Abstract:

The study aimed at introducing a future vision suggested for internationalizing the Public Libyan Universities in the Light of Experiments the Advanced Countries Universities. To meet the goals of the study, the developmental survey descriptive approach was embrace. The conducted sample selected is 362 staff members. A questionnaire of 51 items was prepared to collect data categorized into 9 axes. Its validity and reliability was confirmed.

The results referred to the low level of the availability of the requirements necessary for the purpose in question. There was also no differences of statistical significance at the significance level of α=0.05 as far as the average responses of the sample members are concerned with reference to their estimation of the degree of availability of  requirements of internationalizing the Public Libyan Universities in the light of experiments the advanced countries universities attributed to the variable of academic rank and the career position. On the other hand, differences with statistical significance attributed to the academic rank was in favor of the position of a lecturer. In light of these results, a suggested future vision for internationalizing the Public Libyan Universities in the Light of experiments the advanced-countries universities.
