ملخص البحث

يهدف البحث إلى تقييم الأداء التدريسي لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة حلب في المناطق المحررة، من وجهة نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا، وتقييم إدارة الكلية لأدائهم. تكونت عينة البحث من 89 طالب دراسات عليا، واستُخدِمت الاستبانة كأداة للبحث

أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث

وجود فروق جوهرية بين متوسط آراء طلاب المحاسبة وطلاب الإدارة، لصالح طلاب المحاسبة في جميع الأبعاد

لا توجد فروق جوهرية بين تقييم إدارة الكلية ومتوسط آراء الطلاب في بُعدي (شخصية أستاذ المقرر، تعامل المدرس مع الطلاب)، ووجود فرق جوهري في بُعد (تمكن الأستاذ الجامعي من المقرر)

متوسط تقييم الطلاب لأداء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بلغ 3.94 بتقدير جيد، أما متوسط تقييم إدارة الكلية لأدائهم بلغ 4.21 بتقدير جيد جداً

جاءت في المرتبة الأولى العبارة نفسها (تعامل عضو هيئة التدريس مع الطلبة) سواء من خلال آراء الطلبة أو تقييم إدارة الكلية، أما في المرتبة الأخيرة لتقييم إدارة الكلية جاءت عبارة (التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمتطلبات إدارة الكلية)، أما لآراء الطلاب فكانت عبارة (تنوع مصادر التعليم والتعلم)

Performance Evaluation of the Members the Faculty of Economics in the University of Aleppo

Abstract

The paper aims to assess the performance of the members of the faculty of economics in the liberated areas from the higher study students’ points of view, and the evaluation of the department administration of their performance. The sample is of 89 higher study students. A form is used as a tool of study.

The study showed out that:

• Essential differences found among the average of points of view of the students of Accounting and those of Administration. All the dimensions are in favor of students of Accounting.
• No essential differences found between the evaluation of the faculty administration and the average of students’ points of view in the dimensions of (prof. personality and his attitude towards the students); essential difference found in the dimension of (the prof. efficiency with the course)
• The average evaluation of the students to the faculty members’ performance is 3.94 with a grade of good, while the average evaluation of the administration of faculty is 4-21 with a grade of very good.
• The statement (the prof. attitude to the student) came first, from both the students’ points of view and the evaluation of the faculty administration. The statement (the faculty members’ commitment to the requirements of the faculty administration) came last according to the administration’s evaluation. (Diversity of teaching and learning sources) came last according to the students’ points of view.

Araştırma Özeti

Araştırmanın amacı, lisansüstü öğrencilerinin gözünden ve fakülte yönetiminin gözünden Halep Üniversitesi İktisat Fakültesi öğretim üyelerinin öğretim performanslarının değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırma örneklemini 89 lisansüstü öğrenci oluşturmuştur ve araştırma aracı olarak anket kullanılmıştır. 

Araştırmanın ulaştığı en önemli sonuçlar şunlardır: 

1. Muhasebe öğrencilerinin ortalama görüşleri ile işletme öğrencilerin ortalama görüşleri arasında, her konuda muhasebe öğrencileri lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmaktadır.
2. “Derslere giren profesörlerin kişiliği” ve “öğretmenin öğrencilerle etkileşimi” konularında fakülte yönetiminin değerlendirilmesi ile öğrencilerin ortalama görüşleri arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamaktadır. “Üniversite profesörlerinin derslere hâkimiyeti” konusunda ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmaktadır.
3. Öğretim üyelerinin performanslarına ilişkin öğrenci değerlendirmelerinin ortalaması 3,94 puanla “iyi” düzeyinde ulaşırken, fakülte yönetiminin değerlendirmesinin ortalaması ise 4,21 puanla “çok iyi” düzeyine ulaşmaktadır.
4. Hem öğrenci değerlendirmelerinde hem de fakülte yönetiminin değerlendirmesinde “öğretim üyesinin öğrencilerle etkileşimi” konusu ilk sırada gelmektedir. Fakülte yönetiminin değerlendirmesinde son sırada “öğretim üyelerinin fakülte yönetiminin taleplerine bağlılıkları” konusu gelmekteyken, öğrenci değerlendirmelerinde son sırada gelen “öğretim ve öğrenim kaynaklarının çeşitliliği” konusu gelmektedir.
