Abstract:

The goal of this research is to introduce the problems of education of students with disability and the role of electronic education and the alternatives available to facilitate education process at time of emergency and war in Syria. The researcher, therefore, has followed the analytical descriptive approach.

Due to its characteristics and features that go with the targeted persons and their extraordinary circumstances of war they are under, which resulted in difficulties of education acquisition and building the competence and educational potential required, the research has also referred to the concept of assistive educational technology, its tools, functions, merits and obstacles in the educational process at time of war and emergency as far as students with disability are concerned.
