Job Engagement Level of Lower Elementary Teachers in Jarabulus Schools in Terms of Certain Variables

Abstract
This research aims to identify the differences in job engagement level among lower elementary teachers, both male and female, based on certain variables. A descriptive analytical approach was utilized, with a questionnaire distributed to 325 teachers of the lower elementary classes in Jarabulus schools.
The results showed no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 significance level in the average scores of teachers on the job engagement scale and its dimensions based on variables such as gender, age, years of experience, and educational level.
The research recommended the need to activate management communication channels that allow teachers to express their opinions and ideas and participate in decision-making.
