The current research aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between psychological adjustment and academic achievement among a sample of visually impaired individuals in Idlib Governorate, based on several variables (gender, type of disability). The study sample consisted of 50 students with visual impairments in Idlib Governorate (27 males and 23 females). The descriptive method was used as it fits this study most. The scale was subjected to validity and reliability tests to ensure its suitability for use. The study reached the following results: the level of psychological adjustment was found to be low; there is a correlational relationship between psychological adjustment and academic achievement among visually impaired individuals at the School of Al-Quloob Al-Mubsira in Idlib Governorate; and there are no statistically significant differences based on the gender variable (males, females) and the type of disability variable (congenital, acquired).
