Aspects of children’s social, educational and financial rights in Islam

Abstract
This research aims to highlight Islam’s concern for children and aspects of the social, educational and financial rights recognized by the Islamic sharia for its benefit. Based on extrapolation, description and analysis, one of the most important findings is that the child is the man of the future and the point of hope. In the present era, the need for a Quranic and prophetic approach to care for and empower children has been confirmed, because the violation of these rights leads to the disruption of life, the occurrence of disturbance, and spreads chaos and delinquency. The importance of concerted efforts, thus, of the family and all social, cultural, sport, religious, media and other educational institutions are a must in raising awareness of children’s rights, because it is the responsibility of them all.
