Tunisian scientific talent migration: its causes and repercussions

Abstract
The migration of scientific competencies is one of the most serious problems affecting Arab countries because of its negative consequences on their development trajectory and the denial of access to competencies that they have worked to prepare and rehabilitate over the years. the current study aims to identify the phenomenon of Tunisia’s brain drain and to monitor the factors driving migration and to investigate the attractions provided by the states that attract migrants, we have also made some recommendations to reduce Tunisia’s brain drain. In our study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach using a semi-oriented comparison with some statistics on the migration of Tunisia’s scientific minds in support of this study and to go deeper into some issues.
