Level of Satisfaction of Students’ Parents Regarding the Efficiency of Educational Services Offered by Compensatory Education Centers “Centers of Sanabel Al-Ta-alum affiliated with MIDAD in Gaziantep as a Model”

Abstract

The recent research aims to verify the level of satisfaction of students’ parents regarding the efficiency of educational services offered by compensatory education centers called Sanabel Al-Ta’alum affiliated with Education without Borders – MIDAD. In the light of a number of variables.

To meet the goal in question, the descriptive analytical method was used. A questionnaire of 35 phrases distributed on 5 axes, along with a number of open questions. The report sample included 200 parents for the academic year 2022-2023.

The results showed the following:

  • So high level of parents’ satisfaction.
  • No statistically significant differences found in terms of the averages of participants’ perspective on sex variable basis, educational level or location of the center.
  • The most significant difficulty encountered by the students were students’ bullying each other sometimes, during rests, fewer days of schooling and the increase in the number of weekly holidays.

Finally, a number of recommendations meeting the report goals were suggested like: the administration should constantly provide the parents with ongoing assessment about the children; paying more attention to the students’ absence; taking the parents’ points and visions into more consideration regarding what their children encounter inside and outside the center; working on providing the center with devices, tools and educations aids.
