Attitudes of University faculty Members to Online Teaching in the Liberated Areas of Syria

Abstract
The paper aims to identify the nature of the university faculty members’ attitudes in the universities located in the Syrian Liberated areas to online teaching; to verify the differences in the nature of their attitudes in the light of the variable of the kind of the job and the years of experience. The study sample is of 107 randomly selected members belonging to 4 universities (The International University of al-Sham, University of Aleppo in the liberated areas, Al-Ulum wa Al-Nahda University, the University of Gazi Antep).
A form of approaches, prepared by the two researchers, was applied after checking its fairness and consistency. The results showed out:
- Positive attitudes to the online teaching.
- No differences were found whatsoever.
- Differences of statistical significance were found to online teaching according to the variable of years of experience in favor of those who had more than 10 years of experience.
